Today I turn 31, or 3.1 decades old, or the first two digits of Pi. I could, as I have in the past, post another rambling status of my life to date while bemoaning the dwindling number of days I have left. Instead, I give you the Pi Comparison Calculator.
Compute a word's Pi Value by mapping the letters to the numbers in Pi, i.e. A = 3, B = 1, C = 4, etc. Any non-letter character is skipped over. Add all the numbers up, and if the result is more than one digit, add the digits until you have a single digit value. This is the word's Pi Value.
Comparing Pi values reveals some interesting thing. "Mike" is an exact match to "Jack" - thus serving as proof Pi really does contain answers to the mysteries of the universe. "God" is very close to "Allah" as is "Mom" and "Dad". "Women" and "driver" are extreme opposites, possibly lethal if combined. I would also avoid "pointy sticks" with "angry mobs".
